Team SoloMid earns an invitation to The International 11
Team SoloMid of North America has secured an entry to The International 11 early. After reaching the ESL One Stockholm 2022 winners' final, the team will earn at least 530 DPC points and rank at least third in the championship.
With the points already earned, Team SoloMid will have 1,200 DPC points, which guarantees the team a direct invitation to The International 11. The team doesn't even need to earn extra points during the DPC Summer Tour.
Previously, 2 other teams were also guaranteed invitations to The International 11: PSG.LGD with 1,400 points and Thunder Awaken with 1,040 points.
The date and venue of The International 11 are still unknown. Many speculate that the championship will be in Fall 2022. It will be preceded by a Regional League Summer Tour, a Major, and additional qualifiers for The International in the 21/22 competitive season.
