Team Liquid is approaching the main boss of the ESL One Berlin Major
The players from Team Liquid are in crazy shape. They defeated their opponent in another elimination match again. For the Peruvians from EG, it was the second match today. Maybe they were exhausted after OG and didn't have enough energy for Team Liquid.
In the first draft, Team Liquid took the incredibly popular Alchemist + Doom to farm and gain an advantage. This resulted in a pretty easy win. On the second map, Evil Geniuses were unrecognizable already. After a 15/0/7 on Storm Spirit from Chris Luck against Talon Esports, we had a disappointing 2/5/3 against Liquid.
Evil Geniuses' results have improved. Top-4 at the ESL One Berlin Major 2023 guarantees them $50,000. The 350 DPC points are also very important because they bring the Peruvians closer to the cherished entry to The International 12. By comparison, they have top-6 at the Major in Lima and 7th place at the DreamLeague Season 19.
