Save Gets Caught Abusing A Shadow Demon Bug at ESL One Birmingham 2024

The BetBoom Team’s support player, Save-, took advantage of an ongoing bug surrounding Shadow Demon in Game 1 of their match against G2.iG.
After the admins found out about the bug abuse, the BetBoom Team received a level 2 draft penalty against G2.iG in the second game.
The bug in question is that Shadow Demon can upgrade his newly acquired ability from the Aghanim’s Shard, Demonic Cleanse. By leveling up the additional ability, Shadow Demon will get an extra point in his Ultimate, Demonic Purge. As a result, Save- has a level 3 Ultimate when he is only level 12. Despite the unfair advantage, the BetBoom Team still lost the map.
This bug was accidentally discovered by DuBu during his live stream, and he was shocked when he found it.
