NAVI Junior Disqualified From ESL One Raleigh 2025 Due To Bug Abuse
The promising youngsters from the NAVI Junior roster finally had their efforts pay off after taking down AVULUS in the Lower Bracket Final of the ESL One Raleigh 2025 to qualify for the million-dollar event.
However, in a shocking fashion, tournament organizers ESL found out that NAVI Junior player Riddys was abusing the ongoing Smoke of Deceit bug.
"Due to multiple abuses of the Smoke Bug by NAVI Junior's Riddys throughout the WEU Qualifiers, we are disqualifying the team and inviting the next eligible team AVULUS."
As a result, the Ukrainian organization’s invitation to the tournament has been revoked, and AVULUS will instead take the slot.
This announcement has caused a stir in the Dota 2 community, as fans are showing evidence of other players like rue and Whitemon abusing the bug as well.
ESL One Raleigh 2025 begins on April 7 to 13. 12 teams compete for a share of $1,000,000 and EPT points.
