Gladiators make it to the ESL One Berlin Major Grand Final
Before the start of the match, 9 Pandas had an incredible chance to beat the Gladiators, but in fact, it was 2:0 in favor of Quinn "Quinn" Callahan and his team. It was hard for the EEU representative to come back after giving up a comeback.
The first map was rich in kills. 9 Pandas put a lot of pressure on Quinn from the beginning. The team spoiled his start in the midlane, and the game went in favor of the Pandas. They had some good teamfights, but a couple of mistakes from Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev on Bloodseeker and Gleb "kiyotaka" Zyryanov on Tiny led to loss.
On the second map, the Gladiators secured the lead from the very beginning and easily won the game in their favor. The only interesting thing about this map was the Roshan bug, when he stumbled into the portal and walked on the spot for 20 minutes, entertaining the audience.
Unfortunately, 9 Pandas hasn't yet lived up to the fans' inflated expectations. Quinn proved a lot and made it to the second grand final of this DPC season's majors. And the EEU team now goes to the lower bracket, where they will face the strongest between Evil Geniuses and Team Liquid.
