The Gaimin Gladiators have made it to their deepest tournament run since replacing dyrachyo for watson, as the WEU squad secured a spot in the Grand Final of Blast Slam II. However, their opponents on the other side are none other than Tundra Esports, fielding their former Carry player.
Both teams topped their respective groups, meaning they received shortcuts in the Playoffs by starting in the Semi Final. As expected, Tundra Esports easily took down Nigma Galaxy, while the Gaimin Gladiators had a tall task in the form of Team Falcons.
Despite coming into the series as the underdog, the Gaimin Gladiators successfully pulled off the upset against Team Falcons with a 2 - 0 scoreline. Quinn, who has been underperforming lately, turned up in the series to secure the victory.
