Aurora Disbands Dota 2 Roster
Serbian organization Aurora has announced it will be dropping all members of its current Southeast Asian roster.
The team failed to qualify for several S-Tier tournaments through SEA qualifiers and recently bombed out of FISSURE Playground Belgrade 2025 in 12th - 14th place, only managing to win a single Best of 1 series.
The organization released its farewell message, but also suggested that it could be returning in the future:
“It has been an incredibly long and exhausting story. We have experienced both jokes and frustrations, successes and disappointments.
Now unfortunately, it is time to part our ways... We say goodbye to our Dota 2 roster — Oli, SunBhie and Palos become free agents and Abed, Q and Jabz are open for transfer.
We are eternally grateful to EVERY SINGLE player for all the emotions and memories that we will save in our hearts. Thank you!!! You are the real legends!
